S&K Technologies, Inc. Contracts-Award Fee Program Analyst in Aiken, South Carolina
S&K Logistics Services, LLC (SKLS), a member of the S&K Technologies Family of Companies owned by the Salish and Kootenai Tribes, is actively seeking a Contracts-Award Fee Program Analyst. The Contracts-Award Fee Program Analyst position will provide senior-level, contract and awards fee support to the Management Systems Division within the site’s complex, multi-billion-dollar cost-reimbursement operating and management contracts as well as other major contracts at SRS. This position is heavily involved in the day-to-day activities of the Management Systems Division and will require the exercise of discretion and independent judgment while performing a variety of contract and award fee support tasks. This position will work with an array of Federal and contractor-level management teams. This position will report to the Fee Determining Official.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review award fee related contract documents, assessments, and other data to ensure successful award fee program implementation. Work closely with contract POCs and Management Systems Division staff members to ensure incentives are accurately and timely reported. Use data from scorecard to provide numerical raw data. Proactively identify any potentially significant issues. Support Fee Board Leadership and actively participate in board meetings. Work with Contractor POC to prepare documentation for discussing proposed changes to PEMP/Award Fee Plan.
Provide contract administration subject matter expertise and support to the Management Systems Division. Serve as a resource to the Management Systems Division for management and oversight of complex, multi-billion-dollar contract cost-reimbursement operating and management contracts at SRS.
Prepare all necessary documentation reports, and correspondence for Management Systems Division and Fee Board members. Present materials to management and board members, as necessary. Document results of program implementation and performance incentives in approved record management systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related technical discipline is required. A Master’s Degree in a related discipline is not required but preferred.
Minimum of eight years in contracting experience with extensive knowledge of contract administration laws and regulations, award fees, and contract administration.
Experience in large-value contract administration and assessments that resulted in significant costs savings.
Current driver’s license required.
Proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
Must be able to obtain L or Q-Level security clearance, as required.
Subject Matter Expert in general contracting principles, procedures, methodology, and legal requirements.
Strong ability to comprehend and comply with various types of Government contracts, financial assistance instruments, inter-agency agreements, and various Federal procurement laws and regulations.
Highly proficiency in compiling and composing written reports for senior management based on reviews and other supporting documentation.
Must have an advanced understanding of contract performance assessments
Effective communication with an emphasis on confidentially, discretion, flexibility.
Ability to apply appropriate discretion and independent judgment in direct support to this role.
Must have an advanced understanding of correspondence management, data collection, and office software.
