AnMed Health Telecommunications Technician in Anderson, South Carolina
With minimal supervision, is responsible for the operation and management of our Cisco Voice over IP (VOIP) phone system an dnetwork at our hospital and remote locations. Responsibilities include installation and relocation of network cable drops, and promptly responds to work orders and resolves issues related with phones and/or VOIP phone system. Monitors and maintains an up-to-date knowledge of telephone utilities and applications including program changtes to our VOIP system, voice mail application, and other software components. Provides guidance and training to Telecommunications Technicians.
Qualifications: Associates' degree required; significant work experience may substitute for formal training. Three to four years' telephone experience, basic electrical systems and communication writing. Must have good communication skills with the ability to work courteously and effectively with all levels of staff.
