H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth, technology firm, is currently seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support our government client remotely. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years minimum DoD acquisition experience.
The Acquisition Analyst responsibilities include:
Supports ALE program through the monitoring of contractor performance and development of acquisition documentation
Support studies and meetings, document and compile notes; analyze data; develop guides, standard operating procedures, trackers, and publications
Applies oral and written communication expertise to develop project deliverables, including analysis plans, written reports, briefing slides, and discussions with clients and stakeholders
Leverages program knowledge to help define project requirements, conduct analyses, and help to develop client solutions
Applies knowledge/experience including data collection, analysis, basic writing, listening, and note taking to support ALE program and its stakeholders
Confers with personnel to coordinate program requirements
Engages with team members and stakeholders to identify and gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, documentation, and personnel
Reviews written materials developed by team for grammatical correctness, clarity, appropriate reading level, and consistency with regulations, style, and format requirements.
Tracks and analyzes program information, including program development, cost estimates, cost models, program budget
Applications: SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite
3-5 years of relative experience in program management, business analysis, and understanding of acquisition life cycle with proven experience supporting research, integration, analysis, and tracking of program metrics/data.
Application and understanding of DoD Instruction 5000.02 and DoD acquisition processes
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Experience: 3-5 Years Related Professional Experience
Security Clearance: Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and be ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
