Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.

Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital component that will drive the business rationale and performance tracking for OCI Physical Networks. This candidate will drive business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of our business objectives by building systems to track costs, validate payments, build models that project costs and performance, and be able to provide a holistic view of the financial health of our Network deployments.
This job will report to the Vice President – OCI Physical Networks and will be part of the Physical Network team. The role will support the various projects needed for building and maintaining our OCI Networks.
Streamline and document purchasing and recurring payment execution and visibility
Define reporting specifications and business analysis requirements
Perform quality assurance and testing
Develop relationships with business partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Help design, document and maintain system processes
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Minimum 3 years of experience working on IT projects, strong preference for previous BA experience
Minimum 2 years working on large Telecommunication or Network Projects
Minimum 2 years of experience working on Telecommunications and Network Billing
Previous experience in Business and/or Financial Analysis
Proven experience in eliciting requirements
Experience in analyzing financial and network data to draw business-relevant conclusions
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Experience with data visualization techniques and tools preferred
