Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customeris objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

*Cloud Integration Architects Role: *
Reporting to the Consulting Delivery Manager/Director, the successful candidate will have experience in designing and implementing integration architecture required for a mid-size to large scale projects. He should be able to lead the team of integration architects/developers and be responsible for all technical aspects of the Oracle Middleware software tool and implementations for both cloud and on-premise projects. The software tools include BPEL, OSB and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The Cloud Architect develops the Integration architecture for the systems and is responsible for implementing the overall Integration design of the applications.
Essential Job Functions:
Design and develop Integration solutions on both Cloud and On-premise platformswhich can include Oracle and non-Oracle applications.
Good understanding and working knowledge of Oracle fusion middleware products. Able to install, configure and develop components using Oracle middleware products.
Work with client’s business teams to capture requirements and build integration solutions accordingly.
Be an onsite technical lead and co-ordinate with offshore team to accomplish activities when needed.
Identify potential risks, problem areas and develop procedures that provide effective workarounds to the problem at hand.
Develop detailed specifications including integration diagrams, application configuration and requirements.
Train other oracle resources and guide them as per project needs.
Produce Integration and Technical Architecture Documents to include Integration Requirements, Conceptual Technical Models, Platform, Performance and Operational Requirements.
Serves as advisory for pre-sales activities around integrations areas as needed.
Works with peers and a matrix of other team members in the business unit to improve products and services delivery and to expand the capabilities of services provided to Oracle customers.
Experience working on large-scale IT implementations involving Middleware integration components.
Experience in designing and developing applications on different cloud platforms (SaaS / PaaS / IaaS).
Hands on experience with Oracle SOA 12C, OSB, BPEL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Strong Unix skills and experience with UNIX operating systems like RH Linux, Oracle Linux etc.
Hands on experience using Oracle WebLogic server with the ability to install, configure and performance tune.
ODI skills highly desired
Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Experience working for large "big 4" type consulting firms is highly desired
Knowledge of Oracle Utilities applications like CC&B, MWM, and MDM etc. is preferred.
Be able to demonstrate operational skills in Oracle products like Oracle Database.
Ability to travel up to 75% for client assignments to any destination is a key requirement of the role. May have to do M-TH travel sometimes but sometimes travel is less depending on client/customer needs
