Provides oversight and clearance for all government related inspections, correspondence and filings.
We are seeking aDocument Control Specialist I for our Microbial Solutionssite locatedCharleston, SC.
The following are responsibilities related to the Document Control Specialist I:
Independently perform document control activities such as processing, issuing, and/or archiving controlled documents through the document control system. Responsible for maintaining site’s electronic and manual document control process, enter metrics for document updates, update and maintain master lists of controlled documents, update and maintain site's public website with copies of controlled documents, creating and issuance of logbooks and preprinted production batch record forms for use, prepare training copies of documents, address internal and external requests for copies of controlled documents, communicate with vendors related to product specs., provide training on document control related tasks, print packaging (e.g. package inserts, labels), assist in records retention tasks as needed.
The following are minimum qualifications related to theDocument Control Specialist I position:
2-4 years related experience in clerical or administrative related discipline. Computer skills required. Knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat. Good verbal/communication skills. Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines required.
