Fiserv Implementation Analyst - Credit Union in Charleston, South Carolina

As an Implementation Solutions Engineer, you can look forward to:

  • Working closely with In-House and CUSA Service Center Credit Unions.

  • Implementation of ACH and Share Draft batch processing conversions.

  • Managing and testing Credit Union releases.

  • Maintaining and documenting lifecycle processes.

  • Facilitating remote training prior to a Conversion.

  • Hosting on-site training and troubleshooting during live conversion and assistance post install.

  • Creating and presenting training materials at Fiserv conferences.

  • Creating content for our online CUSA Client Center and Fiserv OnDemand.

  • Managing multiple clients and adhere to project timelines.

  • Using sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example and experience that is commiserate with that of Business Analyst.

  • Utilizing system and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner.

  • Analyzing and identifies root cause; providing input to solutions that lead to success for Fiserv and the client.

  • Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions in accordance with stated procedure.

  • Assisting management with the planning and design of improvements to business processes.

  • Maintaining ownership of all projects.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years Financial Industry experience; working at a financial services organization, Credit Union or Bank required.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years Fiserv Experience.

  • Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Microsoft Access for document mapping

  • Project Management capabilities

  • Process Management experience
