Advantage Media Group Marketing Coordinator in Charleston, South Carolina

This is a remote optional position.

The mission for the Marketing Coordinator is to work with the Marketing team, utilizing best in class marketing automation tools and online platforms to help execute and manage marketing activities that drive the organization?s lead generation, conversion and revenue objectives.

This role is tactically focused and requires someone who is a quick learner and adept at managing dozens of campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, email marketing and overall marketing campaign execution.


  • Assists in the execution of marketing and advertising strategies based on quarterly sales objectives.

  • Owns the management and creative of social media presence, posting weekly across several platforms, including coaching group updates and promotional pushes along with content sharing.

  • Assists with execution of coaching group meetings and conferences, assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing and email lists; collecting, analyzing and reporting post event metrics.

  • Acts as moderator for all virtual meetings, ensuring smooth access by host, guest and attendees along with managing Q&A during calls.

  • Sends out weekly email newsletters to all members and prospects.

  • Assists with creating funnels and campaigns to nurture prospects.

  • Assists with blogging and content development, including content preparation for our monthly membership materials.

  • Assists with general office administrative duties as necessary.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor?s Degree in marketing/communications or related field of study.

  • 1-2 years experience in related role(s).

  • Experience with Infusionsoft (Keap) or another contact management platform/CRM preferred.

  • Experience with a variety of Marketing Automation and Email Management platforms (Pardot, Hubspot, MailChimp, etc.) preferred.

  • Experience organizing and managing meetings and events (virtual and in-person).

  • Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Some travel may be required.

Work Environment

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
