Job Summary/Purpose : The Financial Training and Applications Analyst reports to the Manager, Finance Training and Innovation. Under indirect supervision, the Financial Applications Analyst provides the highest quality training designed to accelerate the achievement of desired results. The Analyst is responsible for advancing engagement and goal achievement through increased user adoption, continuous performance improvement and the expansion of skill development opportunities. Training in Finance applications and processes includes, but is not limited to, Epic Revenue Cycle applications, MUSC Health Finance applications and new care Team Member (CTM) onboarding. This role proactively develops curriculum based on team goals, opportunity analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), current market trends, implementation of new and updated workflows and industry knowledge. The Financial Applications Analyst maintains advanced knowledge of the Finance, Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain systems and processes to serve as subject matter expert to CTMS.

Minimum Training and Education: A high school diploma and two years of work experience in training delivery, technical instruction, course design and development; a bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information science may be substituted for the required work experience. Knowledge of MUSC Revenue Cycle operational workflows, and policies and procedures beneficial. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is suggested.
