H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a ServiceNow Architect. The ServiceNow Architect will serve as the ServiceNow expert when interfacing with the user community and solutions providers. This includes providing recommendations to the Government for holistic management of the ServiceNow solution.

The ServiceNow Architect responsibilities will include:

  • Gather user requirements and determine if third-party solutions are appropriate in a DOD environment

  • Translate customer requirements into detailed functional design document

  • Interview user community to address questions and concerns

  • Support/troubleshoot issues with ServiceNow platform, upgrades, and migrations

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operational ServiceNow issues

  • Ensure development aligns with best practices and consult throughout the technical design of the project

Required Qualifications:

  • Security+ certification (preferred)

  • ITIL Foundations (minimum)

  • ServiceNow Certification(s)

  • 7 years in ServiceNow Implementations

  • Experience deploying the following ServiceNow Hubs:

  • Core ITSM

  • ITOM

  • ITBM

  • Emphasis in experience deploying:

  • Cloud Management Module

  • Software Asset Management Module

  • Service Catalog

  • Expert understanding of ServiceNow end-to-end and ability to map requirements

  • Ability to communicate complex business information to technical audiences and complex technical information to business audiences

  • Hands on ServiceNow migration experience

  • Expert in ServiceNow workflows, automations, forms, and custom development

  • Expert in ServiceNow best practices, limitations, and capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Agile project management approach

  • Must possess a Final U.S. SECRET security clearance
