In this role you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information from a variety of sources and develops actionable reports related to intel and crisis management teams. This will include but not limited to building custom templates, process and training of teams in process workflows.
Essential responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to:
Train system users and other system support personnel
Interface with internal and external customers
Perform all duties with minimal direct supervision
Situational Awareness Functional Requirements
Monitors situational awareness tool and disseminates information related events that may impact Customer sites
Disseminates information to individuals and groups via email, mass notification, etc.
Develops written situation and incident reports describing existing or planned impacts to customer sites
Gathers and analyzes information from a variety of sources and develops actionable reports related to intel
Maintains relationship with other Intel Analysts and Security operations center supervisors to share information
Perform monitoring, research, assessment, and analysis on various operational and intelligence platforms and/or feeds.
Conduct comprehensive, all-source information gathering, resulting in the creation of highly detailed intelligence reports used to support a variety of client operations
Execute daily ad hoc tasks or lead small projects as needed.
Create and maintain operational reports for KPIs and weekly and monthly metrics.
Gather information from multiple open source intelligence sites using a variety of web-based tools
Monitoring travel safety and security of company's employees
Triaging incidents quickly and effectively; and communicating with different stakeholders and teams.
Using open source threat intelligence sources to conduct investigations into persons of interest (POI); and writing and distributing POI profiles
Provide support and participate in crisis mitigation and after-action reporting
Position / Candidate Requirements
Education: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a Related Engineering Discipline
Master's Degree and 7 - 9 Years of progressive experience the following or
Bachelor's Degree and 10 - 12 Years of progressive experience the following or
Associates Degree and 13 - 15 Years of progressive experience the following
Exceptional Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.
Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams and as an individual contributor.
Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% - 50% of the time.
Desired / Advantageous Qualifications
Certified in Foundations of intelligence levels 1 and 2
Certified Associate in project management
Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
Sitting for extended periods of time.
Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
