Job Summary :
Strategic leader focused on the advancement, implementation, and maturity of the Quality at the Source program across the SBU. Role will work with project teams at each manufacturing site to lead program development and implementation. This role can sit at any of our locations.
Develop a 3 year strategic plan to deploy Quality at the Source program across all manufacturing sites within the SBU.
Advance/formalize toolset for QAS implementation and act as SME on QAS program.
Facilitate/Lead readiness assessments at manufacturing sites (i.e. STW, Data acquisition system, PFMEA).
Deliver communication and socialization plan to drive adoption.
Prepare and present quarterly updates on program advancement to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
10+ years experience in Manufacturing related field
3+ years of experience leading a team
Significant experience working with or developing Quality Management Systems
Operational Excellence experience a plus
Ability to travel up to 50%
Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $82,000-$170,000
Additional Compensation: 5-15% annual bonus
