Location/Division Specific Information

Florence, SC - API; Drug Substance Division

How will you make an impact?

The Project Management team plays a critical part in the successful initiation, management, and execution of projects while maintaining strong client relations to promote future and continued partnership.

What will you do?

  • Establishes/practices standard project reporting procedures to client and management (i.e., minutes, agendas, etc.).

  • Coordinates and manages project documentation (such as specifications, change controls, test methods, and quality agreements).

  • Attends and assists in key project-related team meetings, client conferences, and on-site visits-minimal client interaction needed outside of emails.

  • Assists Head of Project Management and Project Managers with planning, coordinating and tracking functional team activities, timelines, and deliverables for each project.

  • Supports resolution of project issues by assisting in follow-up actions and communication internally and externally.

  • Assists in the development and maintenance of client timelines.

  • May assist with 1-2 projects with minimal technical challenges under the guidance of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

  • Coordinates additional project management tasks and responsibilities as required.

  • Other duties as required.

How will you get here?


  • Minimum BS - chemistry or related field.


  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or related experience.

  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and GMP preferred.

  • Established quality, regulatory, and production mindset, including a strong appreciation for client service.

  • Functions well in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and also independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

  • Well organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent team player. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment to our fundamental principles of Integrity, Respect, & Excellence. Proficiency with the English language.
