Our Fort Mill, SC location is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented CRM Functional Analyst to join our Central Functions group. The ideal candidate has expert level experience with SAP CRM modules.

• As the CRM Fleet Application Manager you will be responsible to provide development and design of CRM & Fleets solutions for Continental Tire and responsible for the rollout, implementation and support to market. This involves alignment and coordination with a global operating team.

• Executes Project tasks for SAP CRM projects e.g.: developing business blueprint, gap analysis, configuration of SAP CRM

• Maintains project documentation according to Conti Tire IT standards

• Take over responsibility of running Application on SAP CRM Landscape.

• Able to provide solutions to the Change Request raised or in any kinds of discussion

• Executes and monitor Project tasks and activities

• Act as (hands-on) (sub-) project manager for SAP CRM Projects

• Act as CRM application Manager and manage the defined SAP CRM applications

• Coordinates Specification phase together with (regional) Business responsible in alignment with the Key user organization

• Establishes Designs matching to requirements

• Involves other IT departments world-wide (source systems, basis, infrastructure) to get required services

• Ensures project delivery in time and budget involving all required parties - including vendor management.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• Expert experience with SAP CRM Release 7.0 - proven project experience and good overview (mandatory)

• Expert experience with SAP CRM: Master data, Contracts, Activity Management, Campaign Management incl. Scoring (mandatory)

• Strong experience with ABAP OO, Web UI development, SAP Smartforms, Java Script

• Strong experience with workflow development, Adobe, Adobe Interactive Forms (would be a plus)

• Strong experience with SCRUM/Agile Project Management Methodology

• Strong experience with pricing schemas, replication, formulas

• Minimum 7 years’ experience working with JavaScript and related testing frameworks


• Professional IT Certification
