Education: High School or GED Required


Experience: Required Six months of experience in client service field

or equivalent work experience.

Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096.

Additional Skills/Requirements (required):

Good understanding of healthcare applications/software. Effective communication skills. The ability

to organize tasks and resources, and coordinate activities with other customers/clients is essential.

Effective customer services skills.

Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred):Fundamental knowledge of hardware and software uses in IT.
