Crossroads Treatment Centers is a national healthcare company specializing in substance use disorder treatment. We are located across 10 states with over 85 locations. We are a rapidly growing company and are seeking dynamic professionals to work in our Network Management Division located in our Greenville corporate office.
This Department is responsible for recruiting, contracting, credentialing and maintaining the national network of providers and facilities for substance use disorder/chemical dependency treatment.

Primarily negotiates professional rates and contract terms with both new and contracted providers for all lines of business (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial).
Knowledge of various professional and facility-based contracting strategies and payment methodologies (e.g., P4P, value-based contracting, shared savings, etc.).
In conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, secure executed professional & facility-based agreements in conjunction with business development and expansion goals.
Works closely with Director, Leadership, and other staff (e.g., credentialing) to meet identified network management contracting goals.
Identifies process improvement opportunities related to the contracting process.
Gather, review and submit credentialing applications, as required, for network development and management.
Provides general support to all network development activities and support Director and other Contract team with implementation requirements.
Strategizes with other members of the management team to ensure network management division goals are met.
Collaborates with other departments to address and resolve operational issues as related to negotiated contracts.
Under direction of leadership, prepares and submits requests for contract changes, provider demographic data changes, prepares rosters, and/or claims processing.
Displays a positive, constructive, and helpful demeanor and assist team members and offers suggestions to improve processes.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned and required.
1-3+ years in Provider Relations
Associate Degree or above preferred – will substitute experience for education
1+ year experience in provider/payor contracting
Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare provider enrollment
Knowledge of fee schedules and payment methodology.
Behavioral Health experience a plus
