When it comes to Specialized Manufacturing within the Advanced Facilities (AF SM) business line for Jacobs, we’re a global network of consulting professionals serving the manufacturing sector internationally. The Digital Delivery Manager reports directly to the Manager of Engineering and works together with the Project Delivery leadership team. You’ll be based within our Greenville SC team, and guide the development and execution implementation of systems and work processes across all disciplines and projects. You may also be involved in developing people, technology and tools that continuously improve discipline performance, deliverable quality, and user expertise.
As a key member of our team, the Digital Delivery Manager will be involved in preliminary bidding to give input and understand the applications/tools required. You’ll also develop, execute scope, and estimate of hours to coordinate overall project application suite needs, along with keeping up with new technology and industry trends. You’ll participate in departmental strategic planning, create and manage standard operating procedures and processes, and also execute and improve engineering and workflow documentation, processes and systems. We’ll need your expertise to drive cost reductions through innovative application implementations and you’ll also be a great source of knowledge by mentoring and developing junior colleagues on our team.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Associate degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years history in 3D modeling platforms (Smartplant, Revit, Autodesk Plant 3D, etc.)
• Extensive expertise in resolving complex design integration issues when working across a multi-office execution
• Extensive expertise in managing new product implementations from concept through production launch and process sign off
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Extensive experience in data-centric design platforms
• Experience as a Smartplant Administrator
• Experience developing clash detection protocols within the 3D modeling tools
