Summary:

Seeking a highly detailed, self-driven professional to work in a fast-paced environment managing the digital lifecycle of products, including item setup and account maintenance, for various online sales outlets, such as Amazon, Walmart, Target and GerberChildrenswear.com. This role supports various teams within the eCommerce department by implementing and monitoring various merchandising, marketing and customer experience strategies. Ideal candidate will bring a positive, service-oriented approach to the department, with the ability to adapt/learn new skills as the market changes.

Job Functions:

  • Manage product placement and experience across various online sales outlets throughout the product lifecycle, including item setup, monitoring and retirement

  • Oversee product content management, working closely with the Marketing and Merchandising teams for content generation, aggregation and manipulation to best align with retailer needs

  • Manage product data within Product Management software, including upkeep of digital catalogs, imagery, enhanced content and insights reports

  • Monitor products on retailer websites for accuracy

  • Troubleshoot internal/customer challenges

  • Analyze current business trends and assess initiatives to increase traffic and sales

  • Assist Product Manager and key stakeholders with other special projects

Education/Experience:

  • College or business school degree preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communicator with strong oral, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to track progress using project management software as a team

  • Candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and responsible with proven assistance and follow-through ability

  • Responsible for quality of work in terms of accuracy and content

  • Ability to organize and prioritize, managing multiple projects

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to articulate clearly as well as listen to and consider others? ideas

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office:

  • Microsoft Windows, Word and Powerpoint

  • Advanced Excel

  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator helpful

  • Knowledge of Salsify, Shopify and Content Analytics helpful, but not required

  • Ability to handle matters of a confidential nature
