Job Summary

As eCommerce Website Platform Manager, you should be capable of basic web programming and design. You will help to maintain and expand our e-commerce site. Specifically, you will list new products, update existing products and make changes that affect the e-commerce store presentation and performance. As part of the Sales and Marketing Team, you will interact with other departments including Customer Support, R&D and Production to ensure accurate and clear communication on our web storefront.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with other teams (R&D, Customer Support, Production, Supply Chain, etc.) to communicate our products and services clearly and accurately to customers

  • List new products

  • Update existing products

  • Web page creation

  • Web site trouble shooting

  • Google Tag Manager Updates

  • Google Search Console Monitoring

  • List products in internal systems

  • Keyword and competitor research

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Required Qualifications

  • Creative problem solver - Some programming solutions require thinking "outside of the box" and often require an innovative approach

    Working Conditions

    Circuit Board Medics was founded on a 1 day turnaround for standard repairs. This nurtures a fast-paced environment that requires a strong sense of urgency. The typical workday is 8:00AM - 5:00PM with a break for lunch. The daily responsibility of the Company Services team is to ensure that all assignments are completed timely, which means staying after 5:00PM some days.

  • Adoption Benefit ? CBM offers reimbursement of up to $5000 of qualified expenses incurred during the adoption of a child. (Only applicable to expenses that exceed the tax credit offered by the US Government.)

  • Paid Time Off ? PTO is accrued for each pay period at a rate of 2 weeks/year. PTO accrual increases to 3 weeks/annually after 5 years, and 4 weeks/annually after 10 years. Unused PTO carries forward each year with a maximum balance of 6 weeks.
