The F-16 Iraq Integrator position, located in Greenville, South Carolina will work directly with the Aeronautics Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Program Manager to ensure the program operates in an efficient, affordable and coordinated manner. The selected candidate will be responsible for program execution; including the development and maintenance of program-level performance metrics, tactical planning, and cross-function coordination. This role will act as a liaison between Aeronautics Program leadership and Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) functional teams to ensure accomplishment of contract requirements. The F-16 Iraq program is an extremely dynamic program operating in a Country Security Assessment Rating (CSAR) Level 5 country. The Balad Integrator must be able to prioritize and deliver against evolving customer priorities and mission requirements.
This position will be accountable for providing comprehensive oversight to ensure all program activities are accomplished in support of planned strategies and contract need dates. This will be accomplished by effectively and proactively partnering with Aero and AFS Contract, Proposal Development and Business Operations teams to develop and execute proposal work statements, operating and financial budgets and Intra-Company Work Transfer Agreements (IWTAs) that assure accurate scoping of resources required to execute the mission. This position will focus on ensuring the program is staffed with an appropriately trained and qualified maintenance team capable of operating compliantly and performing all maintenance and support activities per contract and customer requirements.
In coordination with Global Mobility Resources, develops and executes staffing plans that ensures manpower is prepared to deploy as scheduled. Consults with Security, Aero Program Leadership and Global Mobility to coordinate evacuations due to medical reasons, disruption to base operations, etc.
The Balad Integrator, in consultation with the Aeronautic IFG Program Manager, will establish performance metrics designed to effectively track execution against program requirements. The Integrator is tasked with reviewing program and financial performance data to identify trends, ensure adequate funding, or reallocate resources to address changes in scope.
The Integrator is responsible for preparing and delivering periodic and ad hoc written and oral briefings providing progress against established program milestones. These efforts will encompass preparation of focus charts, status reports, highlight reports, stoplight charts, etc.
Must be willing to travel up to 25%, some international travel may be required.
The selected candidate must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting. Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Clearance and be a United States citizen. This position is located a facility that requires special access.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Experience with bid and proposal process
• Project/program management skills
• Experience planning and executing projects
• Experience working with United States Government Customers
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:
• Experience as Program Manager or Contracts Administrator with experience interpreting contract requirements and scope is critical to successful performance
• Aircraft Maintenance industry experience
• International deployment experience
• Experience with resource planning
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin processes
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to set up tracking mechanisms/tools
Support funding, technical, and schedule (Earned Value) targets and established staffing metrics to LM and US Government senior and executive leadership.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements and implementation
• Knowledge of DOD Acquisition / Contracts and Proposals
• High level of proficiency with MS Office products
