Please review the following job description:

Position will work remotely within 120 miles to one of the Truist Mortgage Fulfillment Centers which include: Richmond VA, Greensboro NC, Greenville SC, Atlanta GA, Orlando FL, Jacksonville FL and Tampa FL.

Represent the Implementation and Execution team and acts as a Change Agent for the fulfillment centers by supporting processing, underwriting & closing teammates with the fulfillment system & processes and ensures adherence to all controls and procedures. Manage projects independently that cross multiple divisions and are fulfillment center initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide loan processing system installs and procedures support including Customer Acceptance testing and identifying enhancements as needed, including day to day processor, underwriter & closing support; triage system issues with Originations Support Services.

  2. Design & conduct new teammate and remediation training as needed on Empower workflow, and procedures.

  3. Manage Empower & processor work arounds; author systematic change requests.

  4. Review and attest to the content and accuracy of the Policy and Procedure Managers.

  5. Participate and monitor teammate focus groups for line of business managers, and manage take away items to ensure continuous improvement.

  6. Lead daily fulfillment center huddles ensuring teammates are aware of important topics and changes.

  7. Provide audit support by triaging findings and providing documentation to address auditor findings.

  8. Lead fulfillment operations project initiatives to ensure all items are managed to deadlines while successfully meeting required business needs.

  9. Monitor adherence to controls & procedures at teammate level.

  10. Author communications to ensure policies & procedures are clearly communicated to all teammates; and act as business subject matter expert for special projects related to systems and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Expert knowledge of the business unit and related industry.

  2. Experience in key roles on project teams.

  3. Experience managing work-streams & demonstrates ability to achieve desired results while meeting deadlines.

  6. Ability to lead effective group conference calls and teammate huddles.

  7. Excellent critical thinking skills, collaboration, influencing and communication skills.

  8. Strong computer skills and technical aptitude in how systems interact and support the area internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Mortgage Operations/Fulfillment experience

  2. Credit & Quality Control (QC) experience

  3. Underwriting experience (will need to get lending authority)

  4. FHA/VA Underwriting experience a plus

  5. Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering effective tactical and strategic solutions

  6. Ability to travel to fulfillment centers

  7. Ability to work with large cross functional groups

  • Availability - Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.

  • Travel - Up to 25%
