The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator is responsible for supporting and optimizing IAM systems to ensure the integrity and availability of authentication, authorization, and LDAP-related services. This position is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of IAM process and procedure. This position will work with peer service areas and technology owners in order to execute system changes and will implement customizations to enhance system functionality and security. This position must be able to provide Tier 2/3 technical support for resolving incidents, requests, integrating applications, and maintaining systems. This position must work effectively with clinical and technical teammates in order to achieve the stated objectives.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related experience, Associate’s Degree with 4 years of related experience or High School/GED with 6 years of experience directly related to the job duties expressed within this document.
MANAGERS PREFERS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH One Identity, Imprivata IAM, Okta, One Identity, or similiar platform.
Licensure/Certification: If professional licensure/certification required for other than IS position, i.e., RN, then licensure required to be maintained.

Knowledge/Skills: Must be technically competent and physically capable to perform duties as listed within. Knowledge of Microsoft technology such as Server, AD, DNS, Group Policy, and Office 365/Exchange. Experience in IAM design/development/support preferred. Experience with PowerShell, Visual Basic and other scripting methodologies preferred. Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization. Understanding of standard integration protocols. Experience in implementing Windows security concepts and policies. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Must be able to read, comprehend instructions. Must work independently.
