The Enterprise Transformation Lead plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma. The Enterprise Transformation Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in CarePlus’ Transformation. The Transformation Office has capabilities focused on strategic planning, process improvements (LSS), PMO, training & development, and we are looking for a Lead on Systems/Tools. This person will lead our migration from a hosted legacy platform to a SaaS ecosystem comprised of several ‘best in breed’ software vendors (HealthEdge, HealthTrio, Voyager, Inovaare, Salesforce). You will work closely with Leaders at CarePlus to insure new capabilities meet strategic needs, and be comfortable helping non-technical business leaders understand systems. You understand that Change is Hard, and you have a few Change Management techniques to help stakeholders work through Change. You’ll work with our IT partners daily, managing consultants and vendors to deliver an integrated ecosystem that will bring efficiency and new levels of service to our MA Members. You’ll have experience with large system migrations in healthcare, and if you have experience as a Systems/Solution Architect or in Data Migration, that is a significant plus.

Software implementation experience in the healthcare industry
Experienced and adept with change management
5 years of program management experience
5 years of project leadership experience
Proficiency in business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
Strong business and financial acumen
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization
Ability to interact with and defend position with senior management
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience with Health Edge implementation
System architecture experience
Data migration experience
Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile certification

This position may be subject to temporary work at home requirements for an indefinite period of time.
