Position Summary

Role Purpose:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of the security which provides safety and protects all patrons, employees and company assets. Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries. Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage of posts. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting. Security Supervisor is responsible for all the security facilities and equipment operations and protecting tangible and intangible assets of the company in alignment with the Information Protection Policy to sustain business continuity.

Role and Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:

  • Oversee outsourced vendors in contract (Supervise Business performance, Security facility operation and, etc.)

  • Secure and manage and corporation tangible and intangible assets

  • Implement policies that fit the corporate standards

  • Ability to respond to Emergency situations (Devise Emergency Contact, coordinating site visits)

  • Control access (Access System, Security check for incoming/ outgoing individuals, strict control of outsider’s access, manage card issuance)

  • Provide monthly Headquarter reports for labor hours.

  • Every Monday be ready to present for the SEHA New hire orientation.

  • Operate security facility and management (visual equipment and archived record status, surveillance equipment)

  • Oversee items carried in and out, personal computer security management, improving security operation and, etc.

  • Supervises day-to-day activities for security and janitorial; provides training, planning, assigning and directing work;

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice

Skills and Qualifications

Background, Experience& Qualifications:

  • 46 years of experience in a manufacturing environment leading security Fundamental understanding of the Network security and structure

  • Experience in managing multiple vendors

  • Develop, implement, and manage security policies which are suitable to the work environment

  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization

  • Profound knowledge of information security and general administration as well as familiarity with relevant laws and regulations

  • Good conceptual and analytical competences, team player, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work at a fast-paced, results-based company

  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications
