We are currently seeking an experienced consultant to join our Organizational Capability (OC) team to work collaboratively across the Boeing enterprise with strategy and operational leaders from both Human Resources and the business, being a catalyst for change and organizational effectiveness.
This strategic role consists of several areas of responsibility, including:
Operating Model Definition
The position will architect and deliver end-to-end solutions across an expansive portfolio of services including strategic organizational design and alignment, change management planning and execution, culture transformation, and leadership team development and effectiveness, as needed to enable and accelerate the targeted priorities. The position will provide subject-matter expertise, project leadership, coaching, as well as hands on execution in these areas, with an additional focus on developing these skills and capabilities across the HR community.
This work will be highly project based and flex according to global industry and business dynamics; projects can include:
End-to-end organizational consulting to support start-ups, expansions and reorganizations that span businesses, functions, and divisions
Change Management and Organization Design support for Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) or subsidiary integration
Partnering with senior leaders to diagnose team development/effectiveness needs in the context of an aggressive transformation agenda
Enabling innovation and business performance through cultural transformational change
The individual selected for this role will lead or participate in cross-functional project teams throughout the consulting life cycle (scoping, proposal, planning, delivery, and formal closure), with a focus on:
Partnering with HR and business leadership to integrate consulting services in support of transformation strategies, plans and goals
Leading a team of consultants to collaborate to develop and deliver coordinated and cohesive services and solutions best suited to meet organizational needs
Engaging in high priority projects, consulting across multiple organizations and Business Unit or functional leadership teams
Defining consulting service and product offerings related to organizational design, change management, strategic planning, team effectiveness, and organization diagnostics
Designing, developing and delivering cultural transformation engagements, to architect and operationalize cultural shifts to unlock best capabilities and sustain and institutionalize high performance and overall organizational health
Augmenting the consulting value proposition with a deep commitment to industry best practices and innovative solutions
Executing each phase of the consulting process, translating consulting approach into executable, operational plans, and measuring the impact of these interactions on the client system
Supporting Human Resources Development by actively training, coaching, and mentoring the HR community to develop their change, transformation and organization effectiveness skills, as well as enabling broader capability building across Boeing through the deployment of standardized tools and initiatives

Bachelor's degree or higher
10 years of experience in similar roles in organizational change management both internal and external
Experience leading, managing, and executing large-scale, high value and highly visible engagements that connect organization effectiveness practices to business imperatives and desired outcomes
5 years of experience working with and facilitating workshops for senior-level executive management teams and demonstrating high professional standards regarding internal customer service and confidentiality
5 years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups, both domestically and internationally
Experience communicating across all levels and audiences with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
5 years of experience with project management
Experience with Microsoft Office products especially Power Point and Excel
Master's degree or higher education, in relevant discipline
Experience with a large global consulting firm
