The Systems Integration Specialist will support the Regional Operations team with regards to the management of data quality to and from operating systems ensuring items are successfully stored in the data warehouse. The Systems Integration Specialist will continuously monitor, audit, and support operational efficiency between operating systems, while identifying areas of improvement and automation within the integration. In addition, the Systems Specialist will focus on identifying and developing operational plans to improve system capabilities and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily systems integration and error log, resolving issues with both the Employee Benefits Management System and Production System
Map items within the integration to ensure daily production transactions are seamlessly transitioned into the Production System database
Facilitate the transition and setup of new offices, producers, products, accounts, and other integration items into the integration database
Resolve errors with both the Accounting team and Account Management team
Audit unmappable items in the integration to ensure they are carried over into the production system
Coordinate with both Vertafore and Applied to resolve integration errors, as well as with the corporate BenefitPoint Project Manager
Work with Accounting team to ensure that monthly production loaded through the integration matches production realized in the production system
Respond to routine and non-routine correspondence.
Work independently and within the team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Represent AssuredPartners in a positive and professional manner with both internal and external customers.
Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business related field
Experience with BenefitPoint and/or EPIC preferred, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems
