Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like CENTRIXS, CPN, GCCS, and Link 11/16/22. You’ll confer with client executive management using line of business expertise to define the client’s strategic IT business goals and advise in the reengineering of business processes to meet these goals. You’ll analyze client requirements, recommend development or acquisition strategies, and assist the client with developing strategic plans and concepts. Advise the client on the impact of new legislation or new technologies that are relevant to their agency and demonstrate excellent oral and written communications expertise.

You Must Have:
-18 years of experience with military communications, intelligence, or reconnaissance, including three of the following four areas: systems requirements, operational requirements, test and evaluation, and training, including as a recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in military communications, intelligence gathering, or reconnaissance systems
-Experience with CENTRIXS, GCCS, TDL, ADSI, and NAVMACS
-Experience as an established project manager and senior systems engineer with program management, project management, team building, C4I system architecture, operating systems, networking, communications, system security, operations, COMSEC, and training
-Active Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED required
-Technical Training in Military Communications, Intelligence Gathering, or Reconnaissance Systems
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with shipboard and ashore installations in all types of environments
-Knowledge of UNIX, Solaris, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL
-Knowledge of GCCS 6.0, Link 16 and Link 22, and Type 1 and Type 2 encryption
