About the Position: This is a permanent position with an initial overseas tour of one (1) year with possible extensions overseas up to a total of five (5) years.
Serves as Program Coordinator for the Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program.
Serves as Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) and Financial Defense Travel Administrator (FDTA).
Provide guidance to personnel and assist in coordinating travel voucher submissions.
Analyzing errors and travel regulations to reconcile and resolve errors.
Maintain tracking logs, delinquencies, charge card roster, and prepare reports to brief leadership.
Publish correspondence for cardholders on updates to charge card policy.

Experience Required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level in the Federal service which includes: providing support to customers in the government travel credit card program; utilizing automated systems to organize/track travel, reservations, and/or expenses; responding to administrative issues and inquiries. OR Education Substitution for Specialized Experience for GS-09: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
