Job Title: Project Planner II*

Job Location: Shaw AFB, SC

Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance

Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship required.

Job Responsibilities:

Trace Systems is seeking an experienced Project Planner II to support our on-site team based at Shaw AFB, SC.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze C4 systems manpower requirements at Government locations.

  • Assist subordinate units with preparing changes to the Deployment Requirements Manning Document (DRMD), Coordinate DRMD changes with the Government and with appropriate external agencies including the Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) Center.

  • Coordinate with Government bases, the AEF Center, HQ Air Combat Command (ACC), and other USAF commands on the identification of personnel to fill DRMD positions.

  • Assist with C4 systems functional management for Government locations in the Continental United States (CONUS).

  • Coordinate with the Government Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) staff, the AEF Center, HQ ACC, other USAF commands, and joint transportation resources on inputs to the Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) required for supporting the continuing rotation and deployment of personnel to SWA.

  • Provide inputs to the TPFDD and Time-Phased Force Deployment List (TPFDL) to schedule movements of C4 systems personnel.

  • Provide inputs to the DRMD as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level of experience in planning and scheduling various project workload.

  • Experience in gathering and analyzing information to prepare status reports.

  • Must have experience in ensuring that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy.

  • Must have experience in evaluating current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the following:

  • Managing, supervising, and coordinating military communication systems

  • Planning and implementation activities

  • Managing communication architecture, configuration, and integration conformity

  • Working and communicating with military officers

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Certification Requirements:

  • PMP Certifications or similar work experience.
