Mission 1st Senior VTC Technician in Shaw AFB, South Carolina

In this role, you will be providing full administration of VTC systems including all updates, changes, audit reporting and operating procedures. You will also operate and maintain the VTC infrastructure devices. Other responsibilities are listed below:

  • Provide VTC support including all VTC call scheduling and remote conference and streaming support

  • Highly skilled in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting VTC devices and systems

  • Provide scheduling, inter-agency conference, and telephone device support coordination.

  • Assist users with conducting VTCs

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (four-year college or university) in an IT related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Three or more (3) years’ experience in VTC systems and operations

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • An understanding and experience with large, complex IT projects and organizations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A commitment to your profession demonstrated by participation in providing support, guidance and memberships in professional associations
