SC Department of Public Safety Administrative Systems Manager in Spartanburg County, South Carolina

Job Responsibilities

Under limited supervision; supervise and manage all Administrative databases activities including Technical staff, system software upgrades, new systems, new software, in-house programming, contract programming and repairs.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science (information technology), mathematics, statistics, management information science or a related field plus two years' experience in telecommunications, data processing and/or information technology. Relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's or bachelor's degree in related area, plus five years' experience in managing an enterprise level database.
